Bare Land Investments is a small family-run business focused on finding unused parcels of vacant land in parts of the United States and bringing them to the wider market, matching them up with the dreams of our customers. Whether you’re an investor, a future home-builder, a prepper, or an RV/outdoor enthusiast, we have something for everyone. If our list of currently-available properties doesn’t have what you’re looking for, just check back in a week or two. We’re always getting new parcels. But don’t wait too long! The key to our business model is low overhead. Run by Kris and Erika out of our home office, expenses are low and systems efficient. Keeping things simple is what allows us to bring our properties to you at such low prices. We don’t need to mark everything up in order to make payroll, rent, or any of the other significant costs of a traditional office.

In addition to our low prices, we don’t have quotas or deadlines. There are no stockholders expecting a quarterly earnings report. Without these external pressures on our business, there’s no hurry to push you into a property that isn’t the right fit. Buying land can be a big decision and not something you want to rush into. Take as long as you need. Sooner or later the perfect property will come along and we’ll be here to help.
